When a boy loves you…

When a boy loves me, how would I know? This is one “love” question among many other related “love” questions that comprised a small talk I overheard in a cafeteria. I was drinking a milkshake and was busy typing an SMS into my P990i, suddenly this question, loud enough to be heard across the café, popped out from a teenager.

I am not a psychologist, neither an agony uncle, but I am still an overgrown boy, which entitle me to answer this question of “love”. I think there is no universal answer, but let me try,

1. If he is in love with you, don’t worry, he will make sure that you will know it. Boys know these tricks by instinct. Look out for the signs; is he standing by looking at you as you walk past him? Do his friends look at you in a particular way?

2. He will ask your phone number and will call you more often. And many times in the same time, every day.

3. He will befriend your other girlfriends.

4. He might introduce his sister to you.

5. He will follow you to places, even to church.

6. He will ask you to wear a particular dress.

7. He won’t pass comments as you pass by.

8. He will ask your physics, history or whatever note book for him to copy.

These may not be a complete list, but I think, this might help. Every boy does it his own way, but believe me; he will make sure that you will notice him. So keep waiting, and smiling. He might be just waiting for a right moment.
