Ayman Malky, the great Iranian artist.
June 28, 2008
Realism in art has a very long pedigree. It should be the oldest style possible, and for many painters and artists it is not just a style, it is the way every art form should be. A pure imitation of Mother Nature and the artist as the one perfecting the imperfections found in nature, if any.
Just have a look at these wonderful paintings by the Iranian artist Ayman Malky. Ayman Malky practiced realism under the tutelage of Mortada Katouzian, another great painter of this century.
I think sometimes even God might say Wow at human imagination and skill.
